Contemporary Elizabethan facial Charts

Anyone who is following this blog by now would realise my project is based on the theme 'New Elizabethans' the modern take on the classic Elizabeth beauty look, throughout the term we have been learning in both Hair styling and Make up lessons how we will achieve and design our final pieces. Strangley enough this project is also a test on ourselves to see how well we can design as we have been paired up and will actually give our designs on our partners to do on ourselves. Our designs are for us basically. The final 'test' or whatever you wish to call it is in 2 weeks.

In Kats lesson we have began practicing for final looks creating facial charts that could inspire our final looks. Using colour/shape in a traditional Elizabethan sense yet adding a contemporary feel to the looks.

In the lesson I think I panicked slighting and went blank on all the ideas I had been thinking about swirling around in my brain. No the chart isn't terrible it suits the time period well, includes props such as pearls, using popular regal colours but for me I would use either of these as my final looks. Good practices but certainly not the finished outcome.
